Proposed Statutes
In view of the Congress to be held in Rain, prior to the FISTF World Cup a new statute is being proposed by this Provisional Board. The reason for submitting these statutes is in order to reflect more table football and FISTF as a sports federation. We took the good points of the present statutes and improved on them.
The clauses suggested need to be approved and in order to do this; we are enclosing a copy of this for your attention. We need you to go through this with your federation or national association and come back to us with your suggestions. Please note that any suggestions or amendments must be approved by the Congress itself.
Once this statute, or parts of its will be approved all necessary information must be signed and passed on to the French parliament in order to have these amendments approved. We need to handle our rights clearly and also commit ourselves to our obligations according to the French law. Unfortunately, there were years where these important aspects of our obligations were missed and we cannot afford these things.
It shall be the intention of anybody who wishes to contribute to this sport to follow the obligations that FISTF carries along and also apply for the rights that affiliations to any governing bodies or sport organisations give to us from time to time. I wait for your reactions.
