New Transfer Form

As the season of many domestic competitions is coming to an end, as any other sports your clubs will start tackling the issue of attracting new players to their clubs. In order to do this, and control all this, we need to respect a system which need to be handled with care as it was always done.
Attached to this correspondence, you may find the new transfer form which will be used from now on. All the transfers will be acknowledged once the detailed form is sent with all necessary information.
May I remind you that a small, but significant change was decided in January 2010 at the extraordinary congress held in Frankfurt. All those wishing to transfer a player, can do this between January 1st and July 31st without the need of the signature of the existing club. Between 1st August and 31st August then there should be included the signature of the existing club. All transfers will take effect as from 1st September 2010.
