In order to make things more clearly to everyone, this Board decided to publish this circular to help everyone understand the system of how the Champions League & Europa League will function in regards to qualification and distribution of posts per nation. We are presenting here under a number of detailed paragraphs in order to make things more clearly and for everyone to understand better. This does not mean that anybody who wishes to make more questions or moreover wish to ask something else is stopped from doing so. A French version of this circular will be published in the coming days!
